no spicy food, no milk ( wait diarrhoea), no deep fried food, sleep early (don't nervous or excited until cannot sleep hor..) joey: not light food xD food must be filling. bring your full uniform (white blouse,white skirt,blazer,court ? shoes all functioning properly..STOCKINGS..skin colour)

those injuried please apply medicine, those not feeling well eat and bring your medicine..
